Originally from Chicago, Illinois Allison graduated from Lake Forest College in 1994. After working as a successful and very busy event planner for a famous Chicago restaurant and for a handful of hotels she eventually went back to school to get her Master’s in Education. She taught in the inner-city in the Chicago Public School system before finally getting married and having children. She eventually made her way down to Hilton Head Island to be closer to family. Her family has been living on the Island since the early 1970’s.

Vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years has given Allison has a real understanding of the Low Country; both its successes and challenges. At Carolina Realty Group, she enjoys partnering with her father and learning from his expertise and experience in both the business world and in real estate. Carolina Realty Group is a very strong local brokerage firm and an innovative leader in the industry. Besides being very successful in its mission it also instills a team environment and gives its clients a real sense of community. It is changing the way real estate is done in the Low Country and Allison Cobb is eagerly evolving right along with those changes.

Allison is an active member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, is on the Board and a busy participant of the MOMS Club of Bluffton and Hilton Head and is an active member of The Church of the Cross. She is also a very enthusiastic parent and organizer for the May River Montessori School in Bluffton. She is very accommodating to the challenges involved with being a new family in the Bluffton area and is very familiar with all that Bluffton and Hilton Head Island have to offer.
