A committed professional with a long and established track record, Yvonne Broadhurst joined Carolina Realty Group in 2008. She has been helping clients secure their dream homes since 1984 and here on Hilton Head Island since 1992. Yvonne’s knowledge and high regard for her client's privacy and trust are the linchpins to her success.

Yvonne started her real estate career in the Washington, DC area in 1984 working with a diverse buyer and seller clientele, which includes Fortune 500 executives, judges, doctors, diplomats, educators and engineers. Since moving to Hilton Head Island she has established herself as one of Hilton Head Island's preeminent purveyors of premier waterfront and oceanfront properties.

Yvonne is a recipient of Washington DC’s Business and Professional Women's ~ Woman of the Year Award, and since moving to Hilton Head Island has dedicated her time to the service of her clientele and community. In addition to her real estate career, Yvonne serves as a missionary at a local homeless shelter and assists families in need through a network of local outreach programs.

Raised on a farm/ranch near Pierre, South Dakota, Yvonne moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1970 and then to Hilton Head Island in 1992. She loves to spend time with her husband, Mike, their two children Chad and Corby, their spouses and three precious grandchildren.
